Ryan Dillon
Ryan has always loved bringing people together — and more often than not, it happened over a cup of coffee. In 2021, he got his start in the coffee world working at Starbucks, where his passion for coffee really took off.
That’s when the dream of starting his own coffee company began. Fast forward to today, and Flatlanders Coffee is all about turning that dream into reality — one cup, one conversation, one community at a time.

Joylight sources uniquely processed coffees from a wide variety of origins and roasts each batch with precision and care — proudly respecting coffee farmers and supporting fair trade by paying a premium for high-quality beans.
