Flatlanders Coffee is a locally owned mobile coffee cart catering service in Kansas City, bringing full-service specialty espresso to events across the metro. Whether you’re hosting a corporate breakfast in the Crossroads, a wedding reception in Lenexa, or a brand activation at the Plaza — we roll in with the cart, the espresso machine, the baristas, and everything else you’d find in a great neighborhood café.
Every drink is pulled to order on a commercial espresso bar using beans from our roasting partner Joylight Coffee Roasters in Topeka, Kansas. From oat-milk lattes and cortados to seasonal drinks with house-made syrups, we keep the menu customizable to your guests, your branding, and the season.

Yes. Flatlanders Coffee is fully licensed, insured, and ServSafe certified. We can provide a COI for any KC venue that requires one (most do).
Absolutely. Custom drink menus, house-made syrups, branded cups, and latte logo printing are all available.
Both. Our standard espresso bar includes lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, americanos, drip coffee, chai, matcha, and hot chocolate, with oat, almond, and whole milk. Iced and seasonal drinks are always on offer.
